Operation
FCE operates with customers in a B2B relationship or as independent consultants for help or backfill on assignments. First, FCE would discuss and work with the customer on the best fit for the customer's needs.

The Process
FCE Prepares cost estimates in the following categories

On-screen take-off-only service
These cost estimates are scaled and prepared from preliminary to final detailed cost estimates. Where plan sets are available, detailed on-screen plan take-offs will be utilized.
Where plan sets are not available, FCE will build a ROM estimate based on the client's direction on the project requirements.
We build templates for our cost estimates, thereby cutting down the preparation time, and we add other estimate factors such as Limitations, Escalation, and other tabs with data that is used in determining the cost.
FCE provides screen take-off services when the customer seeks support to increase bid volume or backfill requirements. FCE utilizes BlueBeam as its on-screen take-off tool
FCE also provides scheduling services to assist customers in preparing and reviewing the schedule. Compare and analyze cost and time factors from the cost estimate schedule. Build an Integrated Master Schedule that is time and cost-loaded.
Presentation to the customer
At the notice to proceed, FCE will meet with the customer to establish the review schedule, go over progress, set timelines, and discuss critical needs. This process will be followed from start to finish of each project. To reduce costs, FCE would suggest conducting online meetings and attending on-site when and if required by the customer.
